Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb, t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb apo punojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kin\u00eb, e kuptojn\u00eb mir\u00eb se ajo q\u00eb dikur \u00ebsht\u00eb perceptuar si nj\u00eb bot\u00eb e larg\u00ebt dhe misterioze, \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb realitet modern, dinamik dhe thell\u00ebsisht mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb shkelin n\u00eb Kin\u00eb, shkojn\u00eb me shum\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje n\u00eb mendje, me pasiguri p\u00ebr t\u00eb panjohur\u00ebn q\u00eb i pret n\u00eb Lindjen e Larg\u00ebt, por edhe me nj\u00eb kureshtje t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin. Ajo q\u00eb fillon si nj\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi, shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb aventur\u00eb jet\u00ebsore, ku \u00e7do rrugic\u00eb, \u00e7do qytet dhe \u00e7do njeri kontribuon n\u00eb nj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb t\u00eb re \u2013 at\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptimit nd\u00ebrkulturor dhe t\u00eb miq\u00ebsis\u00eb mes popujve.<\/p>\n<p>Jetesa n\u00eb Kin\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb pyes\u00ebsh vet\u00ebn se si nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1.4 miliard banor\u00eb ka arritur t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb kohezionin, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet modern dhe t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb standarde t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik, teknologjik dhe social kaq t\u00eb arrir\u00eb n\u00eb kaq pak koh\u00eb&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrtej statistikave: dimensioni njer\u00ebzor i progresit t\u00eb Kin\u00ebs <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nga qiellg\u00ebrvisht\u00ebsit e ndritsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shanghait n\u00eb tempujt e lasht\u00eb t\u00eb Xi\u2019an-it, nga teknologjia futuriste e Shenzhen-it deri te kopshtet perandorake t\u00eb Pekinit \u2013 Kina \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku koha ndalet dhe p\u00ebrshpejtohet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn frym\u00eb. Aty ku \u00e7do hap \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebsim, dhe \u00e7do pamje nj\u00eb kujtim i paharruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nga Guangzhou n\u00eb Ningbo, nga Qingdao n\u00eb Chongqing, e n\u00eb \u00e7do metropol t\u00eb Kin\u00ebs zhvillimi ekonomik \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm i duksh\u00ebm, por edhe i ndjesh\u00ebm \u2013 konkret, i organizuar dhe i orientuar drejt t\u00eb ardhmes. N\u00eb \u00e7do cep t\u00eb Kin\u00ebs ndjehet fuqish\u00ebm efekti i reformave, transformimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrkushtimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe t\u00eb lidershipit. Rezultati? Nj\u00eb ekonomi q\u00eb rritet me shpejt\u00ebsi, nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb redukton varf\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb drastike, dhe nj\u00eb imazh q\u00eb po e rind\u00ebrton veten p\u00ebrmes modernitetit pa humbur identitetin. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit, mbi 100 milion njer\u00ebz jan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nga varf\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>Zhvillimi ekonomik i nj\u00eb vendi, zakonisht, matet p\u00ebrmes treguesve t\u00eb matsh\u00ebm: rritja e Prodhimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto (PBB), niveli i investimeve t\u00eb huaja direkte, rritja e eksporteve apo tregues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb financiar\u00eb. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb instrumente t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar drejtimin dhe ritmin e zhvillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ekonomie dhe pa dyshim, n\u00eb rastin e Kin\u00ebs, ato d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb transformim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm gjat\u00eb dekadave t\u00eb fundit. Megjithat\u00eb, ka nj\u00eb dimension tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij zhvillimi q\u00eb shpesh i shp\u00ebton analizave statistikore \u2013 dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb dimensioni njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb nuk kapet n\u00eb grafik\u00eb dhe tabela \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa njer\u00ebzore e k\u00ebtij transformimi. Atje ndodhet p\u00ebrvoja reale e miliona njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme: fshatar\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvendosur n\u00eb qytete dhe jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb shtrese t\u00eb re urbane; t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb tregun global t\u00eb pun\u00ebs fal\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar dhe mund\u00ebsive digjitale; familje q\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie, siguri sociale dhe nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjeje n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb ndryshon me shpejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Transformimi i Kin\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb histori ekonomike \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb histori njer\u00ebzore, q\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn, \u00ebndrrat, sfidat dhe aspiratat e individ\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij procesi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebse t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm ka vizion, por edhe disiplin\u00eb \u00a0dhe vullnet p\u00ebr ta realizuar at\u00eb. N\u00eb jet\u00ebt q\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb ndodhet me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00a0\u201cMrekullia Ekonomike Kineze\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb term ekonomik dhe akademik \u2013 por nj\u00eb realitet q\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00eb pa fjal\u00eb. Dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb moment, skepticizmi shuhet p\u00ebrball\u00eb realitetit q\u00eb flet vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shqip\u00ebria, Kina dhe koh\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojm\u00eb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viti 2025 sh\u00ebnon 76-vjetorin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve diplomatike midis Kin\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u2013 nj\u00eb lidhje q\u00eb p\u00ebrtej nostalgjis\u00eb historike, po ringjallet me nj\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb re, t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb projekte konkrete, shk\u00ebmbime akademike dhe nisma zhvillimi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellta. Gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit, prania e Kin\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka kaluar p\u00ebrtej marr\u00ebveshjeve ekonomike apo bashk\u00ebpunimeve institucionale. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb e dukshme, m\u00eb konkrete dhe m\u00eb e ndjeshme, fal\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes njer\u00ebzore\u2014udh\u00ebtimeve, shk\u00ebmbimeve, miq\u00ebsive, p\u00ebrvojave t\u00eb ndara. Ky kontakt i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsohet nga asnj\u00eb ideologji apo interes i fshehur, na kujton nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb themelore, sado larg q\u00eb jemi kemi shum\u00eb, shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta. \u00a0Sidomos n\u00eb vende si Shqip\u00ebria, kontaktet e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta me kultura t\u00eb larg\u00ebta si ajo kineze nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrvoja personale, por nd\u00ebrtime urash q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sjellin nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb re mir\u00ebkuptimi.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kin\u00eb, qoft\u00eb si student\u00eb apo profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme, imazhi i k\u00ebtij vendi \u00ebsht\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht i ndrysh\u00ebm nga ai q\u00eb form\u00ebsohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrthort\u00eb. Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb ecur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Shangait, q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar mikpritjen n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb vogla kineze, q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndjer\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimin e student\u00ebve t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb Pekin, nuk flasin m\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb vendin e larg\u00ebt, por p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz t\u00eb caktuar, p\u00ebr ngjarje konkrete, p\u00ebr ndjenja personale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtosh mendime t\u00eb ftohta p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb larg\u00ebt kur nuk ke par\u00eb asgj\u00eb prej tij. Por nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim, nj\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim, nj\u00eb bised\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mes individ\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb shpesh e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb shembur paragjykime q\u00eb\u00a0 jan\u00eb imponuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pabazuar me dekada. Dhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, q\u00eb vet\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar se si mund t\u00eb keqkuptohen nga bota e jashtme, kjo ndjeshm\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb e thell\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe nga marr\u00ebveshjet q\u00eb mbeten n\u00eb let\u00ebr, kontaktet njer\u00ebzore kan\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn. Ato ngjizin ndjenja, kujtime dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie q\u00eb zgjasin. Kina, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kujdesshme dhe t\u00eb durueshme, ka nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb rrjet t\u00eb till\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniesh me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u2014jo p\u00ebrmes imponimit, por p\u00ebrmes ftes\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar.<\/p>\n<p>Student\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndjekur studime n\u00eb universitete kineze kthehen jo vet\u00ebm me diploma, por me nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn. Profesor\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb leksione n\u00eb Kin\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer me respekt t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkushtimin akademik dhe disiplin\u00ebn e sistemit arsimor kinez. Artist\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb festivale kulturore n\u00eb qytete kineze flasin p\u00ebr interesin e sinqert\u00eb t\u00eb publikut lokal p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn, muzik\u00ebn apo trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb shqiptare. K\u00ebto nuk jan\u00eb fakte t\u00eb thata\u2014jan\u00eb rr\u00ebfime njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb transformojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si shohim nj\u00eb vend. P\u00ebrtej dokumenteve dhe analizave politike, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat personale ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikimin m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kultura kineze \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb lashtat n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Por ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb monolite. \u00c7do krahin\u00eb, qytet, madje edhe familje ka m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb t\u00eb shprehurit, t\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit dhe t\u00eb mikpritjes. Pik\u00ebrisht kjo larmi \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb e afron Kin\u00ebn me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. \u00a0Kjo p\u00ebrputhje n\u00eb shpirt i b\u00ebn takimet shqiptaro-kineze ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjeve kulturore, krijohet nj\u00eb ndjesi njohjeje dhe pranimi.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe pozicionit strategjik, ka qen\u00eb shpesh n\u00eb fokusin e interesave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. T\u00eb gjitha fuqit\u00eb\u2014nga Perandoria Osmane te Bashkimi Sovjetik, nga BE-ja te ShBA-ja\u2014kan\u00eb synuar ta p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb orbit\u00ebn e tyre. Kina, ndryshe nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, ka zgjedhur nj\u00eb qasje m\u00eb t\u00eb heshtur, m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, m\u00eb njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb p\u00ebrqafime t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme politike, ajo ka nd\u00ebrtuar ura p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimit konkret. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ndoshta m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar besim.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e kuptojn\u00eb kur nj\u00eb vend k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb imponohet dhe kur nj\u00eb vend vjen si mik. Dhe nd\u00ebr vite, prania kineze ka krijuar nj\u00eb ndjesi t\u00eb nj\u00eb miku t\u00eb mir\u00eb, t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm, por asnj\u00ebher\u00eb imponues.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb shpesh ndan m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa bashkon, Shqip\u00ebria ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr partner\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e shohin thjesht si nj\u00eb pik\u00eb n\u00eb hart\u00eb, por si nj\u00eb komunitet me vlera, histori dhe njer\u00ebz q\u00eb meritojn\u00eb respekt. Kina, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rastet, ka treguar se e njeh dhe e respekton k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kur p\u00ebrjetimet jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, edhe besimi b\u00ebhet i thell\u00eb dhe i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. Shqip\u00ebria ka \u00e7do arsye p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur p\u00ebrpara me miq\u00ebsi t\u00eb sinqerta dhe p\u00ebrvoja t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta me Kin\u00ebn\u2014sepse vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu nd\u00ebrtohet e ardhmja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar nj\u00eb vend, duhet ta p\u00ebrjetosh. Asnj\u00eb raport, asnj\u00eb analiz\u00eb apo opinion nuk mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb sheh syri, ndjen dhe p\u00ebrjeton mendja. T\u00eb shikuarit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb besuarit.
