Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se konsumator\u00ebt evropian\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb akses n\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe m\u00eb konkurruese \u00e7mimesh t\u00eb automjeteve cil\u00ebsore elektrike.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja shmang nj\u00eb &#8220;luft\u00eb tregtare&#8221; t\u00eb kushtueshme dhe pa fitues, duke siguruar stabilitetin e zinxhirit t\u00eb furnizimit. Prodhuesit kinez\u00eb, si BYD apo NIO, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po investojn\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb (si\u00e7 d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb numrat mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb shitjeve n\u00eb Gjermani), tani mund t\u00eb planifikojn\u00eb me besim dhe t\u00eb thellojn\u00eb prezenc\u00ebn e tyre. Kjo stabilizon tregun e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, krijon vende pune dhe nxit transferimin e teknologjis\u00eb dhe njohurive. Nj\u00eb mjedis i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm tregtar \u00ebsht\u00eb baza p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin industrial dhe k\u00ebrkimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb prodhim, por edhe n\u00eb zhvillimin e baterive, infrastruktur\u00ebn dhe teknologjit\u00eb inteligjente. Stabilitet dhe parashikueshm\u00ebri, kushtet themelore p\u00ebr investime afatgjata.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja u arrit pas &#8220;bisedimeve p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit&#8221; dhe, si\u00e7 theksoi vet\u00eb Ministria e Tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb Kin\u00ebs, &#8220;n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat e OBT-s\u00eb&#8221;. Ky sukses krijon nj\u00eb parakusht t\u00eb \u00e7muar p\u00ebr negociatat e ardhshme n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ndjeshme teknologjike dhe tregtare. Nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e fuqishme e multilateralizmit dhe rregullave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Ky p\u00ebrparim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb fitore p\u00ebr eksportuesit kinez\u00eb apo nj\u00eb kompromis p\u00ebr Brukselin. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fitore p\u00ebr\u00a0konsumator\u00ebt evropian\u00eb, p\u00ebr\u00a0tranzicionin e gjelb\u00ebr, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha, p\u00ebr\u00a0sistemin multilateral t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb, pasi na kujton se n\u00eb nj\u00eb ekonomi globale t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhur, sfidat dhe rritja jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.
