Punonj\u00ebsit social\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb fushash, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb qeverisjen e komunitetit, sh\u00ebrbimet e pun\u00ebsimit, \u00e7\u00ebshtjet rinore, aktivitetet kulturore n\u00eb nivel lokal, rehabilitimin nga droga, ndihm\u00ebn sociale, kujdesin p\u00ebr t\u00eb moshuarit, mir\u00ebqenien e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, bamir\u00ebsin\u00eb, mb\u00ebshtetjen martesore dhe familjare, korrektimet n\u00eb komunitet, sh\u00ebndetin publik dhe sh\u00ebrbimet p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p>\n

Sipas udh\u00ebzimeve, Kina synon t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb dhe shp\u00ebrndarje m\u00eb t\u00eb balancuar t\u00eb profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs sociale dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm nivelin e profesionalizimit dhe aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb tyre brenda rreth pes\u00eb viteve.<\/p>\n

Kina gjithashtu synon t\u00eb zgjeroj\u00eb grupin e talenteve t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rris\u00eb vazhdimisht numrin e pozicioneve profesionale t\u00eb pun\u00ebs sociale.<\/p>\n

Detyrat dhe kriteret e vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr profesionet e lidhura me pun\u00ebn sociale n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme do t\u00eb sqarohen, me vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb faktor\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb si etika, njohurit\u00eb, aft\u00ebsit\u00eb, performanca dhe kontributet.<\/p>\n
