Rregullat e reja p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem kontrolli pas regjistrimit dhe detyrime p\u00ebr ruajtjen e sekretit p\u00ebr personelin e regjistrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Rregullorja e rishikuar ashp\u00ebrson q\u00ebndrimin ndaj falsifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave.
