Ndihma e sh\u00ebnjestruar p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb mbajtjen e vrullit p\u00ebr zhvillim t\u00eb vet\u00ebmjaftuesh\u00ebm. Duke forcuar mb\u00ebshtetjen industriale dhe duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar kapacitetet lokale, pun\u00ebsimi dhe t\u00eb ardhurat lokale mund t\u00eb rriten. \u00a0Dinamika unike e Kin\u00ebs midis sektorit publik dhe privat mund\u00ebsoi m\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr rajonet e prekura s\u00eb fundmi nga leht\u00ebsimet financiare p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme. Ministri i Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve Rurale Han Jun tha se Kina do t\u00eb institucionalizoj\u00eb parandalimin e varf\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebrmes monitorimit t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm, ndihm\u00ebs s\u00eb synuar dhe zhvillimit industrial afatgjat\u00eb. Politikat do t\u00eb mbeten p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, nd\u00ebrsa mb\u00ebshtetja do t\u00eb zhvendoset drejt p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb industrive lokale, zgjerimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit dhe forcimit t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore.
