Shtabi Shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr Kontrollin e P\u00ebrmbytjeve dhe Ndihm\u00ebn ndaj That\u00ebsirave i Kin\u00ebs e ka ngritur reagimin emergjent ndaj p\u00ebrmbytjeve p\u00ebr Rajonin Autonom Guangxi-Zhuang t\u00eb Kin\u00ebs Jugore nga Niveli III n\u00eb Nivelin II, tha t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn Ministria e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Emergjencave (MME).<\/p>\n

Kjo l\u00ebvizje pasoi raportimin e kushteve t\u00eb rrezikshme n\u00eb disa rezervuar\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shirave t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb sjell\u00eb nga tajfuni \u201cMaysak\u201d.<\/p>\n

Komisioni komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr parandalimin, reduktimin dhe ndihm\u00ebn ndaj fatkeq\u00ebsive ka aktivizuar gjithashtu nj\u00eb reagim emergjent komb\u00ebtar ndaj fatkeq\u00ebsive t\u00eb Nivelit IV p\u00ebr Guangxi-n. Nj\u00eb ekip i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt pune nga selia \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb rajon p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr operacionet e kontrollit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjeve dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebtimit.<\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb Guangxi-t, MME d\u00ebrgoi dy mjete ajrore pa pilot Wing Loong p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar mb\u00ebshtetje komunikimi emergjent n\u00eb zonat e goditura nga fatkeq\u00ebsia. S\u00eb bashku me Administrat\u00ebn Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Ushqimit dhe Rezervave Strategjike, ajo gjithashtu ndau furnizime me ndihm\u00eb emergjente p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin e nevojave themelore t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb prekur.<\/p>\n

1 372 persona nga Ekipi Komb\u00ebtar i Zjarrfik\u00ebsve dhe Shp\u00ebtimit i Kin\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku me 270 automjete dhe 140 anije, jan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb zonat e prekura. 350 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shp\u00ebtimi t\u00eb specializuar jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb vendngjarje me pajisje shp\u00ebtimi.<\/p>\n

Kina ka nj\u00eb sistem reagimi ndaj emergjencave ndaj p\u00ebrmbytjeve me kat\u00ebr nivele, ku Niveli I \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebndi.<\/p>\n

Komisioni Komb\u00ebtar i Zhvillimit dhe Reform\u00ebs i Kin\u00ebs tha t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn q\u00eb ka ndar\u00eb 100 milion\u00eb juan\u00eb (rreth 14.7 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb amerikan\u00eb) nga buxheti qendror p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur rind\u00ebrtimin emergjent pas katastrof\u00ebs n\u00eb Guangxi.<\/p>\n
