Ministria e Industris\u00eb dhe Teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb Informacionit e Kin\u00ebs ka publikuar nj\u00eb plan zhvillimi p\u00ebr industrin\u00eb e informacionit dhe komunikimit gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Planit t\u00eb 15-t\u00eb Pes\u00ebvje\u00e7ar (2026-2030), p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar zhvillimin me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sektori.<\/p>\n

Deri n\u00eb vitin 2030, pritet t\u00eb krijohet plot\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb rrjet komunikimi i gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb re, me mbulim gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs dhe performanc\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse, sipas planit, nd\u00ebrsa shtohet se do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar zhvillimin e nj\u00eb sistemi industrial t\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar teknologjikisht, t\u00eb sigurt dhe t\u00eb kontrolluesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, pritet t\u00eb krijohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive nj\u00eb sistem qeverisjeje i shkath\u00ebt dhe efikas, q\u00eb integron teknologjin\u00eb dhe menaxhimin.Gjithashtu aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e siguris\u00eb s\u00eb rrjetit dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave q\u00eb paraqesin koordinim dhe zbatim praktik n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen ndjesh\u00ebm, thuhet n\u00eb plan.<\/p>\n

Niveli i fuqizimit t\u00eb industris\u00eb dhe shkalla e globalizimit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen m\u00eb tej, duke hedhur nj\u00eb themel t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr arritjen n\u00eb thelb t\u00eb modernizimit t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit deri n\u00eb vitin 2035, shtohet n\u00eb plan.<\/p>\n

Plani gjithashtu p\u00ebrshkruan 13 tregues kryesor\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb arritjen e t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb industris\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit dhe komunikimit prej 4.1 trilion juan\u00ebsh (rreth 604.8 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb amerikan\u00eb) deri n\u00eb vitin 2030, investime kumulative prej 3.8 trilion juan\u00ebsh n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn e informacionit dhe nj\u00eb norm\u00eb mesatare vjetore rritjeje prej 7% n\u00eb v\u00ebllimin total t\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb telekomunikacionit.<\/em><\/p>\n

Deri n\u00eb vitin 2030, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb 50 stacione baz\u00eb 5G (duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 5G-A) p\u00ebr 10.000 njer\u00ebz, fuqia inteligjente kompjuterike do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 9.800 EFLOPS dhe shkalla e dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesve 5G do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 95%, tha ministria.<\/p>\n

EFLOPS, ose ExaFLOPS, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi e performanc\u00ebs kompjuterike, me secil\u00ebn nj\u00ebsi q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson 1 kuintilion operacione me pik\u00eb lundruese p\u00ebr sekond\u00eb.<\/p>\n
