Rregullat e reja do t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb 18 n\u00ebntor 2026, thuhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim zyrtar t\u00eb publikuar t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas njoftimit, produktet q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin disa karakteristika t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nuk mund t\u00eb eksportohen pa licens\u00eb. Njoftimi u publikua bashk\u00ebrisht nga Ministria e Tregtis\u00eb, Administrata e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Doganave dhe Departamenti i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Pajisjeve i Komisionit Qendror Ushtarak.<\/p>\n<p>Produktet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb sisteme autopiloti t\u00eb projektuara posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr mjete ajrore pa pilot, disa teknologji p\u00ebr zhvillimin, prodhimin ose p\u00ebrdorimin e tyre, disa mjete ajrore dhe aerostate pa pilot me karakteristika t\u00eb caktuara, si edhe motor\u00eb t\u00eb projektuar posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebto pajisje.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb tha se produktet e p\u00ebrfshira kan\u00eb nj\u00eb natyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb me p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb, pasi mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren si p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime civile, ashtu edhe ushtarake.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, rregullimi i k\u00ebtyre masave n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjet dhe rregulloret p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse synon t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb sigurin\u00eb dhe interesat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kin\u00ebs, si edhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb detyrimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrhapjen.<\/p>\n<p>Ai shtoi se Kina \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr ruajtjen e siguris\u00eb dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb zinxhir\u00ebve global\u00eb industrial\u00eb e t\u00eb furnizimit dhe do t&#8217;i shqyrtoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr licensa eksporti sipas ligjeve dhe rregulloreve.
